Paraeducators
Paraprofessionals, also known as paraeducators, instructional assistants, or instructional aides, are essential to our educational system. CAHELP offers a range of training opportunities, including a Paraeducator Academy for those interested in learning how to better support students with disabilities in academics, behavior, and social-emotional development. The content is presented in a self-paced eLearning course. Additionally, we host complementary quarterly virtual meetings to collaborate and share insights. For those seeking more in-depth training, we offer specialized sessions on Evidence-Based Practices. Explore our resources to learn more.
