The CAHELP Business Office serves as a vital support system for member school districts, including LEA charter schools and the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS), the authorizing unit (AU) for the CAHELP JPA. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant fiscal and Management Information System (MIS) services to ensure the effective administration of special education programs across the high desert region.
We manage a variety of critical services that ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, optimize the use of special education funding, and support transparency in financial operations.
