Special Accommodations for Professional Learning Opportunities

 If you plan to attend an upcoming professional learning event and need special accommodations, please complete the request form below. All accommodation requests must be submitted at least 15 working days before the training. You can either indicate your needs during event registration on the OMS Registration system or fill out the Microsoft Form below with the required details. Your request will be forwarded to the event contact person to ensure proper arrangements.
