DM SELPA's Employment Network (EN) is an entity that enters into an agreement with the Social Security Administration (Social Security) to either provide or coordinate the delivery of services to Social Security disability beneficiaries. The EN can be an individual, a partnership/alliance (public or private) or a consortium of organizations collaborating to combine resources to serve eligible individuals. ENs participating in the Ticket to Work Program (Ticket Program) must adhere to certain rules and regulations.

DMSELPA’s Paid Internship Program (PIP)

DMSELPA’s Paid Internship Program (PIP) is a collaborative effort between Inland Regional Center and the Desert/Mountain SELPA Transition Service Team. The purpose of the program is to increase the vocational skills and the abilities of the individuals served who choose, via the Individualized Program Plan process, to participate in the internship. Participants have an opportunity to earn a maximum of $10,400 per year while earning CIE at multiple work sites.
