Local Plan
What is the Local Plan?
The Local Plan is a written document that outlines the joint effort of member school districts and charter schools (also known as local educational agencies) in our SELPAs, who work together to adopt a plan for providing access to quality educational programs and services appropriate to the needs of each eligible child with a disability enrolled within our SELPA region. The plan describes how services for children with disabilities are provided, and the responsibility for management and supervision of all special education program operations within the SELPAs by superintendents/CEOs of member local education agencies and the responsible local agency superintendent, San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools.
