Description
This training is designed to address the legal requirements and recommended best practices of transition planning and reassessment prior to moving a student with special needs from preschool into a school-aged program.
Sample forms, timelines, and assessment reports will be provided and discussed. A robust question and answer period and plenty of time for discussion will be provided at the end of the training.
Audience: Early childhood (EC) special education teachers, EC general education teachers, and other service providers.
